If we receive a valid claim that our content violates someone’s intellectual property, we may remove or disable access to the infringing material.

How to File a Notice of Infringement
If you’d like to file an infringement notice with Castlemod, please provide the following:
- Signature: A physical signature from the owner or an authorized representative of the intellectual property, or if a third-party agency is acting on behalf of the owner, please include a copy of the “Physical Authorization Letter.”
- Identification of Infringed Works: A list of the works you believe have been infringed. If multiple works are affected, please provide a representative list.
- URLs: Include the URLs of the infringing content in the email body to expedite removal.
- Contact Information: Please provide a valid email address, phone number, and any other relevant contact details to facilitate communication.
- Attestation: The notice must include an attestation (under penalty of perjury) that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
